1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scientia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Service Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our content for personal study purposes. You may not share your account access with others.
4. Credits & Bundles
Scientia offers two purchasing models: (a) Credit Packs — a PKR 5,000 credit top-up (1 PKR = 1 credit) that lets you unlock individual tests and content items à la carte; and (b) Bundle Plans — comprehensive bundles and individual subject plans that grant full access to exam-specific content for a fixed term. Credits are a virtual currency used to access individual content items on the platform. Credits hold no monetary value outside of the platform, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase if unused. Used credits are non-refundable.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for paid services (credit top-ups and pricing plans) are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee — see our full Refund Policy for details. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scientia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
