1. Two Ways to Purchase
Scientia offers two types of purchases: (a) Credit Packs — buy PKR 5,000 worth of credits (1 PKR = 1 credit) to unlock individual tests and content items; and (b) Bundle / Subject Plans — buy a full bundle, MCQ bundle, or single subject for comprehensive access to exam-specific content. Both purchase types are covered by our refund policy as detailed below.
1A. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on credit top-ups and pricing plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days and have not yet spent any credits from your account, contact our support team for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility for Credit Top-Ups
Refunds for credit top-ups are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. If credits have been partially or fully spent, a refund will be issued only for the unused portion at our discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility for Pricing Plans
Refunds for pricing plans (bundles/subjects) are available within 7 days of purchase. Access to the plan will be revoked upon refund. If you have already spent credits included with the plan, the value of used credits may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at scientianetprep@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered name, email address, and order/transaction details. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Discounted or promotional purchases may not be eligible for a refund. Used credits are non-refundable once spent on content access. All refunds are at the discretion of Scientia Prep management.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Credit balances will be adjusted accordingly.
