Scientia Prep provides digital educational services, including online practice tests, video lessons, study materials, analytics, and credit-based content access. All services are delivered electronically through our platform at scientiaprep.com.
Scientia Prep uses a virtual credit system. When you purchase a pricing plan or credit top-up, credits are added to your account. These credits are then used to unlock individual tests and content items. Credit costs for each item are displayed before access.
Upon successful payment, credits are added to your account immediately and you can start accessing content right away. A confirmation receipt is sent to your registered email address.
To access our services, you must register for an account with accurate information including your name, email address, and CNIC/phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Our platform is available 24/7. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing plans grant access to course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Full bundles typically provide access until the relevant exam date. Credits remain in your account until used and do not expire for 12 months from the date of purchase.
